The Bus Campaign
The bus campaign was a great success. A petition with 9651 signatures was presented to Rt Hon Greg Knight on Friday 23rd May 2003 at 4.00pm at the Town Hall.
Letters have been sent to Mr Bob Rackley (Commercial Manager) and Peter
Shipp (Chief Executive) of East Yorkshire Motor Services Ltd (Bus Company)
at Hull have been met with interest and they are looking at ways to improve
the services to Scarborough Hospital.
Letters to Alison Guy (Chief Executive) and Mr Andy
Brook (Transport Manager) at Scarborough Hospital have been met with there
full support in this campaign.
