As a direct result of people power things do really happen....The Scarborough NHS Trust run by; Chief Executive Alison Guy do listen to what the people want, they did not want closure of the day hospital or anything remotely like it. The Save/Support Bridlington Hospital swung into action and contacted all concerned to high-light such problems....taking it to the Media, Radio & Councillors. We are very happy that all is well and the future of the Day-hospital will be there for all. Yours truly Mick Piling. (Chairman) Save/Support Bridlington Hospital Campaign; here to see fairness in the NHS for the future. |
