Hello to all you Pressmen; TV Reporters & People with a heart....Read my story;

Life Stinks! Here is the following statement:

I am a severely disabled man who has had his personal care cut from; 120 hours per week to 23 hours per week and despite all the medical evidence from health professionals stating; I need more care, not less, my local council has decided to cut, yes, cut my care as a result.  I will no doubt die much sooner, rather than later the Council have lied in court, lied in its assessments engaged persons who have never seen me in 10 years to fabricate an assessment had  a social worker purge herself by omitting facts?

Tried to get a Hospital Occupational Therapist  Manager to change her evidence and because she would not do this I have the affidavit  from her;  the Council then did its best to question her integrity.

The Council undermined Hospital Consultants, General Practitioners and pleaded with a court for a continence assessment. The Council engaged the continence assessors to assess me once the Continence Came down on my side the council rejected its own continence assessors it engaged?

The Council lied in its evidence to a court of law fabricated the truth to win its case undermined its own councillors and members of the police authority disregarded in total  the evidence of 2  independent social workers one who works for The Independent Living Fund - Nottingham, disregarded the evidence from x rays etc.

Disregarded the evidence from 2 Hospitals and proceeded to have contempt for 2 carers who have looked after for 4 years minimum, but most off all I had all my care for 5 years plus and as I have got worse then the council decided I no longer need care.

The Council have corrupted themselves in Legal Law all because the Council do not want to provide night time care to its disabled person's.  This is true I have witnesses and evidence in hard copy to prove this, so reporters, where is the justice in our country ??

• Do disabled people have to be slaughtered?
• Do you also realize people like me are expected to wear nappies at the age of 46 also to use tubing attached to a mans penis to trial 27 foot yes 27 foot to the toilet  so they do not have to provide overnight care? 
• Did you know? Disabled person's like me have to sleep in our excrement at night just for the sake of saving a few pounds?
• Did you also know? that I was sexually abused in other words raped many times by a priest who got in total 21 years in prison and yes did you know?  I was in council care at the time and I was 14 years of age; now they want to put me in council care again; not on your life! 
• Did you also know? It took 30 years to get justice ??
• Did you also know? The Chief Executive gets a staggering £140.000 per year and did you know he is getting a £500.000 pound golden handshake
• Did you also know? I cannot go to bed for I have no carers
• Did you also know? I weigh less than 9 stone being 6foot 2ins tall
• Did you also know? I have just had septicemia and do you also know I currently have E-Coli in the Bladder at this moment in time

These are my conditions: Osteoporosis;  Brittle-bones disease;  osteoarthritis;  Raynaud's disease;  Chronic Obstructive Air-ways & Pulmonary Disease Bladder.

Problems where I cannot pass urine;  Irritable Bowel Syndrome  and Diverticulitis Low blood pressure;  Just a few  medical problems to add; I have to use a wheel-chair at all times to move around the home; if I go out in my car; who puts the wheel-chair in the car or who gets it out at the other end of my journey? I need help! I cannot reach the cooker to do meals etc; I cannot do a host of things for my self; I am starving most of the time because I do-not get the meals I am entitled too? Who can cook them? Not me; I cannot react cupboards and sides etc, may as well be dead?

And for the record; their is to be a: Protest held at the: House of Commons Westminster,  St Stephens entrance on: Wednesday 9th February 2005 between 10..15 am and 3pm.

Did you also know?  The Rt. Hon. Greg Knight MP  did not wish to get involved in this matter until it had been through the courts? Now its been through the courts he does not want to know?

Yet his leader of the Conservative Party Michael Howard MP says ; my party tells the truth his party does not know the meaning of truth because they like to sit on the FENCE and his councillors do not know the meaning of Honesty; Justice and Integrity.

Do you want the evidence?  Then see me in my wheelchair next week when I protest at the House of Commons.

This is fact!  I have many Councillors who can testify  and I also have the evidence in black and white! What more do you caring press require and this story is free because the disabled people of our community need your protection.

The council concerned is: ............................ The East Riding of Yorkshire Council do you want witnesses;  how many do you want;  I have many  who will testify and the documentation to prove; I do not lie.

For the sake of humanity and justice and for the sake of our citizens who cannot defend themselves  please defend them, not me!
