Good morning to Scarborough NHS Trust Dear Mr McInnes & Staff;

The above document placed on your Website is believed to be "NOT LEGAL"? We firmly believe this document should be authorised & signed to make it a legal document for public discussion ?

It also does not a have an appointed person for direct contact?

This very important document has also been released at a holiday time were most people will not be in a position to read it has they may well be on holiday....therefore at least 1 month could be lost out of the offical 3 months! I would therefore ask the Trust to look into this matter at there soonest Questionnaire Response form.
