Should any person require 999 Police Fire Ambulance, they will be in for a very big shock on the Pasture Lane Estate; Northorpe Rise; the only phone box on the estate. The Public Phone Box has been completely annihilated by Vandals; they have smashed all the glass windows and completely smashed the dialling keys and numbers...

This is just mindless want and distruction. What about the person who needs the Emergency Services, does someones house, flat or bungalow have to burn down because the phone is damaged? Will someone die because an ambulance cannot be called?  Will the police be late to catch a criminal because people cannot use the phone?
