WE NOW NEED A PUBLIC INQUIRY - Re CAR PARK CHARGES!

Jon you seem to be on the same frequency as myself there seems to be skull duggery a foot within the Scarborough Healthcare NHS Trust. Maladministration of Car Park Revenue ; where as all the monies collected from car park charging over the last 4 years Jan 03 to Nov 07 gone?

I have requested to view accounts of revenue collect over this space of time but my request seems to have fallen on deaf ears? I have contacted the Trust on more than 1 occassion  Under the Freedom of Information Act of 2002 we should be entitled to veiw these accounts to see where the publics revenue as been spent?

We are fully aware and believe that no revenue as been spent on the Bridlington Hospital site yet much revenue as been collected; the Trust have not put this money into the running of the Bridlington site, if we check with the estate manager at Bridlington I'm sure we will find no upgrading as taken place!

When you turn into the Bridlington Hospital site you will be met by signs around the hospital which need replacing, the gardener who was there in 2005 as been finished, the car park and roads are in desperate need of repair and will suffer further problems this winter; the CCTV system is in desperate need of repair, the security staff were finished in 2005 and no sucurity is or has been present at Bridlington since?  Much rubbish blows around the site and there are 100's of cigarette butts scattered all around.

In adverse weather conditions from December to March; Ice, Snow and freezing conditions take over at the Bridlington hospital site as there are not enough porters to carry out the jobs that need doing i.e. gritting and snow clearing, maintinance fitters are also in short supply.   

I feel it is time to address this situation through the Health Ombusman , e-mailing the Chief Executive Iain McInnes and Duncan Henderson Director of Human Resourse have been fruitless, once again we see the attitude of; we are not accountable to the public, we believe!

When the Car Parking System was introduced 2003 it was stated that all revenue collected would be put back into resourses i.e. Up-dating Signs, Ground work, Roads, Gardener, and above all the security of CCTV and Security men on patrol..... the minute the Trust got into any sort of debt the above fell by the way-side staff were finished; YET the revenue is still being collected we now feel there should be sufficent revenue in the kitty to up-grade Bridlington, wouldn't you say?

Our request is not without foundation , where as all this revenue gone collected and still being collected, this is public monies, if maladministration as played any part of Hospital site work not been carried out then those resonsible should be brought to book.

Would you now believe that the Scarborough NHS Healthcare Trust & Board are now to charge all staff to go to work and park there cars, disgusting, this is a licence to print money this will build up the coffers even more but as stated where as all this money gone????
