I have been informed from source today 

The Scarborough NHS Healthcare Trust Are running around like headless chickens trying to find staff for two Wards at Bridlington Hospital; this is becoming a joke.

How on earth can you cope with Patient Care in Wards of 29 to 30 Patients without the correct amount of Staff in place, this is diabolical

The Trust are trying to get Bank-staff and staff from other places to cover. The Trust have shot themselves in the foot trying to save money causes staff to leave, moral is already at rock bottom at Bridligton hospital....

My concerns are for Patient's welfare & safety....something the Trust preach but do not adhere too
