Road Lining Further road lining is planned as part of the 2010/11 capital programme. If approved, the road marking at Bridlington Hospital should be completed by May 2010.
Transport Transport issues will be considered in more detail in the next financial year as part of our Sustainable Transport Plan and Carbon Reduction Stragegy. The plan is to appoint a sustainability manager to lead on these issues and to focus on waste minimisation.
Security Staff are trained on how to deal with violence and aggression as part of the Trust’s obligation and Health and Safety. They are trained to react to incidents of violence and aggression by assessing the situation and taking the appropriate recourse.
In relation to personal property and assets, the Trust’s approach is to educate staff to be aware of the need to keep both their personal belongings and the workplace secure. When a security incident occurs, it is logged on the Incident Reporting System and the appropriate level of action is taken.
A proposal has been developed to improve CCTV coverage at Bridlington Hospital .
